Henry joined the Endeavour Racing Match Racing Team, skippered by David Chapman a young Australian, and did a few events in Europe at the end of last season before heading out to Sydney to train and organise the campaign for 2010.
Whilst in Australia, he has been staying with a friend from Finn sailing, Rob McMillan an ex-pat who used to sail Finns for GBR in the 90's. Rob has recently started a company called Finnports, importing new and used Finns to Australia and is really starting to build the fleet.
Henry has have been working doing up and delivering boats for Finnports, who have also lent him a boat and gear for the Sail Down Under series. Henry will be doing the Australian Finn Nationals in Sorrento where almost 30 boats are expected at the beginning of January then the Australian Etchells Nationals straight after.
Then it is back to match racing focusing on the Warren Jones Trophy and the Hardy Cup with Endeavour Racing Team. The team will be based in Cowes over the European summer and then hoping to race in events throughout Europe including Spain, Scandinavia, Germany, Poland and Russia and maybe even Korea.
They are currently looking for sponsors to help reach their goal of competing on the World Match Tour.
